The 16A2101 Mirror Belt offers coaches the opportunity to educate their players on positional awareness for both offensive and defensive situations. The Mirror Belt attaches to two players via waist bands, while the belt itself is connected with Velcro in the middle. If an offensive player successfully moves enough distance from the defender, the Velcro comes undone.
The 16A2101 Mirror Belt can also train players on their explosive speed when changing direction, and reaction time to those changes.
