Still my favorite conse to use, just the right size for all drills. With training the youth, I always use the colored cones to make it easier. Green at the begining, blue to mark placements, white for when the next player in line releases, and red for the end of the drill. The other coaches tease me about my OCD, but all the players remember. Even the 6 yr olds run the drills each month from memory of color coding without us demonstrating again.
