Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $85 within the continental United States. Oversized or heavy items such as goals or benches may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time:
✅ Most in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
📦 You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time:
🚚 Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse.

Need it faster?
⚡ Select an Express Shipping option at checkout for quicker delivery (additional fees apply).

Customized Items:
🎨 Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing if your order includes any customized products.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Start a Return:
📬 Use our Returns Portal to begin your return. Just have your order number ready.

Return Window:
🗓️ Return items within 30 days in new, unworn condition with original packaging for a refund or exchange.
💡 Items must be returned as sold (e.g., full sets must be returned together).
❌ Worn or laundered items cannot be accepted.
📦 Return shipping is not refundable unless the error was ours.

Holiday Returns:
🎁 Purchases made in November and December may be returned until January 15th.

Exchanges:
To ensure you're not without gear, you can place a new order for the replacement item by emailing us at support@goalkicksoccer.com. We’ll refund the original item once it’s returned.

Return Shipping Address:
If you're covering return shipping, please keep your tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

⚠️ Defective Items

We stand by our products. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, you may return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund.

🧼 Please note: normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, loose threads, sole wear) is not considered a defect.

🏷️ Items with extended manufacturer warranties will be honored accordingly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items sold as a set that are returned individually
• Customized, worn, or laundered items

🏗️ Large Equipment Returns

Items like goals or benches must be returned directly to the manufacturer and may incur a restocking fee.

📞 Please contact us first before returning large field equipment to receive specific instructions. Items sent to the wrong location may incur up to a 30% restocking fee.

⏳ Backorders

Backordered items ship as soon as they become available, with no additional shipping fees.

You may cancel a backordered item at any time before shipping (excluding customized or specialty items).

🌍 For international orders, we only ship complete orders. If your order includes a backordered item, it will be held until all items are available.
