    Where's my order?
    You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Custom decorated orders take longer — your confirmation email lists the expected ship window. Still nothing after that? Email us your order number and we'll dig in.
    How do returns and exchanges work?
    Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Custom-decorated gear (names, numbers, team logos) is non-returnable unless we made the error. See our full return policy for details, or email us and we'll walk you through it.
    I'm not sure what size to order.
    Every product page has a size chart link, and our master sizing guide covers adidas, Puma, New Balance, and other brand fit differences. If you're between sizes or ordering for a team with mixed builds, just email us — we'll tell you what most players in that range pick.
    How do I order for my team or club?
    Email support@goalkicksoccer.com with your team name, rough roster size, and what you're looking for (uniforms, warm-ups, bags, etc.). We'll send back a quote with line items, decoration costs, and a realistic timeline. As a licensed vendor for adidas, Puma, New Balance, Kwik Goal, and Select, we also have access to product not on the public site.
    Do you do custom names, numbers, or team logos?
    Yes — all decoration is done in-house at our Spencer, IA facility. Heat transfer, screen print, and embroidery available. Lead times depend on roster size and decoration type, but most team orders ship in 2–3 weeks once art is approved.
    Is shipping really free?
    Free standard shipping on orders $85+ within the continental U.S. Smaller orders ship at calculated rates. Expedited and international options are available at checkout.
