The 4½×9 sits between the 4×6 and the 7v7 6½×12 — a club and academy training size built for technical work and small-sided games with slightly older players. At 4½ feet high by 9 feet wide, it gives young keepers a real goal to defend without jumping all the way to a junior 7v7 frame.
