GK Crew Elite Grip Socks are built to keep your foot locked into your cleat. Gray grip pads run under the heel, arch, and forefoot, adding traction between the sock and the inside of your shoe so you slide less when you sprint, stop, and cut.

This is the third time we have ordered this ball model. The first two orders of this hold their air well and take a good amount of abuse from the U8 kids with no trouble. Time will tell if Wilson can hold up like the Brine balls always have.
There are so many variations of drills you can do with these ladders. It is a must have for any type of agility training with any age of player you work with.
I know Kwikgoal costs a little more, but these are taller than the cheaper ones on Amazon so it holds more cones. I have used these in practices for years, they hold up great.

The gray pads on the sole aren't decoration. They cover the heel, arch, and forefoot — the areas that press into your insole when you push off — so the sock grabs the inside of your cleat instead of sliding against it. Less slide means more of your effort goes into the ground.
