The 16A2201 Mini Ladder is used for quick burst speed training and lateral movement training for goalkeepers and field players. The Mini Ladder has three sections in each set, allowing for multiple sessions to be run at the same time. The 16A2201 Mini Ladder can be easily folded and stored in the included carry bag.
